Yes, it is possible. Just substitute the regular milk with Epigamia Almond Milk and you have a healthy non dairy option.

Vegan Kheer recipe:
1lt Almond milk
1/2 cup Basmati Rice
A few saffron strings ( optional)
2 green cardamom or a pinch of cardamom powder
4 tbsp sugar( or to taste)
Method:
Boil the milk with the Rice
Cook on medium flame for 20 minutes
Keep stirring from time to time so as it does not stick to the pot
Meanwhile, soak a few Saffron strings in warm water
Crush the cardmom, add to the pot
Add the saffron mix to the pot
Now add the Sugar
Finally, add the chopped nuts
Keep some chopped nuts for garnishing
Vegan Kheer is done…enjoy hot or cold
