This is my personal experience of KAMA ORGANIC HAIR COLOR. It can be different for other people, as we all react differently.
* I have been using KAMA ORGANIC HAIR COLOR KIT to cover my Grey hair for the past 1 year.
* I was desperately looking for a natural hair color which did not turn my hair orange! So when I came across KAMA HAIR COLOR, I immediately ordered it from Nykaa.
* I was quite excited as it promised to cover all my Grey hair the shade I wanted, without using any chemical dyes!
* After reading the instructions carefully, I used it and was extremely pleased with the result. It covered all my Grey hair and gave me a black shade.
* It is a bit expensive but the advantage is, it’s 100 percent NATURAL and ORGANIC.
* If we can spend on branded clothing and entertainment, we can definitely invest in a good quality NATURAL PRODUCT FOR OUR HAIR.
* Please do a patch test for Indigo. I had no reaction to Indigo, so I went ahead and used it.
* I shampoo my hair 2 times in a week, one time application lasts 3 weeks for me. Application can differ from person to person depending on length of hair. Naturally, longer the hair, more quantity will be required.
* Though I have always got the desired color,KAMA HAIR COLOR could respond differently on other people. It could be on a spectrum from BROWN to BLACK.
* I would like to share the exact steps that I follow:
STEP 1:
* First I shampoo my hair. When it is still a little damp I apply henna mixed with water, kept overnight in an iron vessel.
STEP 2:
* After 2 hours I rinse my hair with water. I do not shampoo it.
STEP 3:
* Prepare the Indigo paste by adding a little bit of warm water and a pinch of salt. Apply on damp hair (you must wear gloves while applying henna and Indigo, gloves and shower cap comes with the kit)
STEP 4:
* I leave the Indigo paste in my hair for 4-5 hours and rinse it with water. I don’t shampoo it.
STEP 5:
* For the color to set perfectly, I shampoo it after 3 days.
U must be finding the procedure tedious. You can spread the process over 2 days. Apply only Henna on the first day and Indigo on the second day. I have tried this method also and it works fine.
TO SUM UP:
I am personally very satisfied with this Natural, Organic hair color which helps me color all my Grey hair without any itchiness or rashes. I would highly recommend this product .
